Who I am

Hi! I’m Tara — a lifelong fitness enthusiast, Certified Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition coach. My journey began early, from surfing and instructing at just 14 to competing in Cross Country and Track at both the high school and NCAA Division I collegiate levels. After a serious injury that left me with a broken leg in two places, I gained a deeper appreciation for the power of strength training and smart recovery — and how essential a sustainable approach is for long-term success.

With years of experience training a wide range of clients — from competitive athletes and those recovering from injuries, to individuals focused on weight loss or bodybuilding — I use a science-based, results-driven approach to coaching. My programs are never one-size-fits-all. Instead, I create customized training and nutrition plans tailored to your unique fitness level, goals, and lifestyle.

I focus on steady, sustainable progress — no crash diets or cookie-cutter workouts here. I’m a true partner in your journey, staying connected beyond our sessions with regular check-ins to help monitor your nutrition, sleep, stress levels, and recovery. My mission is to empower you through movement, education, and accountability so you can build the strongest version of yourself — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
