Hi! I’m Tara—a lifelong fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others move better and feel stronger. I started young as a surf instructor and went on to compete in Cross Country and Track at the NCAA Division I level. After overcoming a major injury, I discovered just how powerful strength training can be—for everyone.
I've worked alongside top exercise scientists, physical therapists, and elite trainers, bringing that knowledge into every session. Whether you’re focused on performance, building a stronger body, or transforming your physique, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
